Client Summaries

U.S. Border Patrol/Objective:
Solidify a national media campaign to begin attracting 6,000 new Border Patrol Agents, Agricultural Specialists and Custom's officials. Methodology demanded a comprehensive engagement of demographic and psychographic market-factors; local and national media, research techniques, creative ad development, and media placement.

Booz Allen Hamilton/Objective:
Work with international consulting company to better establish its brand and market awareness in order to be more competitive in attracting senior level diverse employment candidates. Methodology included hosting executive level forums nationally where BAH executives and employment prospects could meet and socializes in small productive settings. The program also included relationship building with a number of key diverse groups like the National Navel Officers Association and Women in Intelligence.
